1:12.8 | I think a ton of people are so focused on macros and training in the science, periodization |
1:16.9 | and muscle growth and things like that. And don't get me wrong. I love that shit. I'm a geek when |
1:21.8 | it comes to this stuff. But at the end of the day, if you don't understand how somebody's brain is |
1:27.2 | working, how they are going to react or respond what their personality type is, so on and so forth, how are you going to get them to adhere to a plan? |
1:34.8 | How are you going to have them be receptive to what you were trying to teach them and educate them? |
1:38.8 | How are you going to get them to adhere and be consistent over time and commit to a long timeline? |
