Summary

Has this thought ever crossed your mind?

“I will _____ just as soon as I _____.” (Feel free to fill in the blanks with that thing you really want to do, followed by what you “have to” do.)

It’s easy to feel like we have to keep chugging along even when things feel out of alignment, and today’s episode is a reminder that we are not worker bees! We are made of stardust, and we deserve to live in a place that doesn’t feel like burnout—even when there’s a lot to get done.

Instead of hanging our hopes of relief on how quickly we can get things done, there is a gentler, more authentic, and meaningful way to move through our days and I want to tell you how. Less bee-ing and more being! Are you with me?

Hey, y'all. Welcome back. We are talking this week about, but what if you're busy? What if you're starting to feel frantic? What if you have a thought in your head? No shame about this where you think I will blank just as soon as blank. Yeah, just as soon as that's done, just as soon as I get past this hurdle, just as

as soon as blank, then I will maybe give myself permission to feel a certain way, give myself a

permission to rest or restore myself or focus on myself. Again, no shame. If that is you, that is,

under the weight of my baked beans that I put on them for the barbecue?

1:40.4

It's always baked beans, right?
