sweet. I'm going to ask you a question that is going to challenge your actions on a regular

basis. And I'm going to share with actions on a regular basis.

And I'm going to share with you a walk and talk.

A walk and talk is something that I do.

For some of my clients, I have a group of guys that I work with who are in a group chat.

And I do some all around coaching with them, training, nutrition, a little bit of life coaching, business coach, stuff like that.

And I do walk and talks throughout the week. It's not every single day, but most days I will shoot a quick video while I'm on my walk and I will share my positive focus. I will share my lesson of the day with

them. So it gets them to think a little bit deeper and potentially have something to journal for
