Today, we have an OG on the podcast. We have the one and only Theo Bowie. This was the original

co-host of the, at the time, the Mind vs. Muscle podcast, where it was Theo and

myself, which later turned into the Boom, Moon Formance podcast. We did part ways, but we've

remained friends. He was in my wedding. We've been in touch. And so every once in while he comes

back on. And it was funny because we've had multiple requests, like really recently about

having Theo back on the podcast. So it worked out

pretty well. But he came through the spot. We did a cool interview. We touched on some things
