0:46.6	I read this snake in mind a few months ago and it has been so helpful and insightful. I also
0:50.0	downloaded the alcohol experiment and then have been partaking in that. Since reading your book,
0:53.8	drinking at home during the week actually isn't even tempting for me anymore which is crazy.
0:57.6	That's awesome. Congratulations. I don't miss it at all. However, I keep running to the same
1:02.5	issue that I can't seem to get past. I'll go a week or two without drinking and then I'll have
1:06.0	some press event to go through too. I'm an influencer, someone has been and I get invited to a
1:09.9	ton of amazing restaurant openings where we're winding down like crazy. We also have gone a lot of
1:14.4	trips, going to an all-inclusive resort next week as part of the collab, going to ask for the culinary
1:19.2	fest. All of these events definitely about alcohol and in the past. That's what I love so much about
1:23.6	these events. Ha ha. Now I'm struggling to go to these restaurant openings or hosted dinners and
1:28.2	not drink because the alcohol is all free, usually very high quality and sometimes I think, okay,
1:33.0	maybe it can just go and enjoy one glass of champagne but I have such an all-in-nothing mentality
