Now, that has never come across to me. I've never thought about it like that, and I don't have

a problem saying no. But that being said, I have a lot of clients that taught me this term called food pushers.

So I became curious about it over the years, and I was thinking today, what would be a good topic

to talk about during the holidays that really might help you.

Now, you might wonder, at least the first time I heard it, I thought I knew what it meant,

but I asked one of my clients, well, what is a food pusher?

And what she told me, one of my clients said, is it's a person who thinks that you have to eat

their food and they're relentless about you eating whatever it is they want you to eat.
