So there are these situations where some of us feel disconnected from Allah'spana

aata sometimes disconnected from the entire Ummah in Ramadan in the time where we're

supposed to be the closest to each other the closest to Allah'spana

there are many sisters who contact me who DM me on Instagram or reach out

to me and tell me that they're experiencing

this. For example, maybe you're menstruating. Maybe you are pregnant and maybe you are having a

medical condition. All of these women can fall into the category of women or do fall into women

who cannot fast.

And so,

that can make people feel totally left out of the Ramadan experience

and feeling like they're longing to feel what everyone else is feeling,

but they can't.

Or maybe they were having this spiritual high,

and then all of a sudden their period comes and it's like, boom,

like I can't, you know, stay on my my my my feeling that i had and i'm just going to fall off and i can't and i struggle to get back on afterwards has that ever happened to you so today is your

day we're going to cover exactly how to help you what you can do to make sure that you have no loss of that experience, regardless of your situation.
