1:02.1	Appreciate it, brother. Yeah, appreciate it, man. So, Andy, for the people that don't know your background, give them just a little backstory and then let's get into the book and let's get into, you know, buying real estate.
1:11.0	Absolutely. So here's the quick version I was uh four years old and my
1:15.9	parents got divorced we moved back to long beach very very poor I have a little brother
1:20.5	raised by single mom and from a pretty young age it was very clear to me
1:26.6	that I was going to have to kind of be the man of the house so I had to grow up really fast
1:30.1	which is great if you want to be where I'm at now but it's hard when you're a kid.
1:35.0	So there was some stuff that I missed out on but some stuff cemented who I am today and I would never change a thing and I got to help my mom, my brother and everything else.
1:42.0	I started working when I was 12 because we moved over to the
1:48.8	west side of Long Beach and then I went to Los Al which is right next to Seal Beach and there was a bunch of rich kids there.
