Hi girls, it's the fourth episode of the Girls Talk podcast.

We're still on the subject of grief because like I said, this is a tricky

time. Christmas is festive and it's happy, but there are a lot of people who are still experiencing

the death of a loved one, which is why I think this topic couldn't have come at a better time. Today,

I'm going to be talking to a great friend of mine and an incredible woman. I've known her

for a long, long time. Her name is Victoria Lampley-Berrins,

and I'm going to be talking to her on the phone.

So if there's a delay, that's why, because she is,

she very, I mean, very kindly has woken up at the crack of dawn

to talk to myself and be on the Girls Talk podcast. So without further ado,

this is the first part of Girls Talk.
