It's time for you to end your food obsession and begin feeling confident and in control around food.

And I'm going to show you how by giving you simple

0:21.5

tools and insights that you can apply in your own life. I'm your host, Kirsten Sarfdy. Now let's get

0:27.9

to it. Hello, let's jump right in and talk about eating when nobody will know. For most people, their binging happens in private. I know for me

0:40.1

snowballs into a binge as the amount of food and speed of eating increase.

1:30.8

In today's episode, I'm talking more about those times when it's intentional that a lot of food

1:36.7

is going to be eaten because this is your chance to do it. This is your opportunity because nobody

1:43.8

is going to know. And I want to talk about that

1:47.0

reason behind the eating that nobody will know. Like I said, this is usually a thought that comes

1:53.7

up when a binge is premeditated. That can be just moments before the binge or days before.

It can happen for people sometimes when they live
