And it was exciting because it was the first multi-guest

podcast, the first roundtable, if you will. I mean, actually, not if you will, literally a roundtable.

It's the first one that has ever been hosted here at the warehouse. That's what we call it,

the headquarters, the tailored coaching headquarters,

the HQ. We had myself, Cody McBroom, we had Alex Bush, Austin Current, and Sue Bush,

the three head coaches of physique development, all here to spend some time with me. They were

here from Monday to Friday, basically just training every day, shooting a bunch of content, recording podcasts.

We got to do quite a few stuff together, go get food, go train a bunch.

It was a really good time and it was fun for me because it was the first time I got to
