about based on my group that I'm doing right now. So I have a thinner piece and menopause group program that is

going on right now. It opened maybe like a couple months ago and we're in the middle of it.

And I always like to share some of the things that I learn from my students and some of the things that they learn from me and how we might be

able to help you wherever you are in this journey. And as I'm speaking about this, I want to

share with you the idea of this. Writing down what you eat means nothing until you make it means something.

And what I'm talking about is food journaling. And listen, I'm with you on this. You know,

or maybe you don't know that I was a Weight Watcher for 30 years, a lifetime Weight Watcher member.

And I always went back to Weight Watchers every time I gained my weight back.

So I was up and down 20 to 30 pounds, did it for 30 years, probably lost a minimum of 250 pounds and probably gained a minimum of
