Should you bring your binge foods into your home? The answer isn't a simple yes or no. That's why I'm doing a whole episode for that one question.
I'm going to explain when it's not the best idea to bring them home and what you can do not only be more comfortable with having them around but, what you can do to not binge on them when you do. As you may have already learned, trying to avoid them it's going to be your solution for stopping binge eating. In this episode, you'll learn what is.
