Today we look at the Grand Champion of Champions, longest reigning emperor in China's 213 decades of imperial history, the Chenlong emperor.

He officially reined from 1735 until 1796. Now he lived on another three years beyond 1796, but to show his filial piety towards his esteemed grandfather, the Kangshi emperor he retired rather
