All right, so today marks episode one, the first mini-sode, you could call it. This is Monday Motivation.

This is the first one we've done in a really long time. This is going to be the start of our

four episodes per week, hopeful, consistent path. We're going to try to do this every single

week to make sure that you guys are getting more content, more value, and just more podcasts

every single week. So this marks episode one of the Monday Motivation series, and this is where I'm going to take

literally just 10 to 20 minutes. So very brief, very short to the point, just to try to fire you up,

try to give you some extra content and give you some extra value and information and just practices

and ways that you can improve your life on every single aspect. So this isn't going to be

just about physical transformation. This is going to be about mental, your spiritual, emotional,

so on and so forth. Like true life transformation is much more than macros. It's much more

than training. So we're going to dive into those type of things with these episodes. And with

this first one, there's two specific things I want to talk about today. And the first one is accountability and the second one is setting goals. This is something I've been talking a lot about since the New Year's resolution kind of thing happened and setting 90-day outcomes, building habit trackers. And I'm going to do a full episode breakdown next week on just habit trackers and why those are so important. But today I
