Hello and welcome to this episode of the ESG Fitness Podcast. I hope you're having

0:05.9

lovely days. It is so beautiful outside. It's just making me unbelievably happy.

0:15.0

So I hope that everyone else is experiencing this as well. Today's episode is all about regret, which might seem quite naggy and not with the

0:24.9

happy vibes of today, but I want to talk about how regret can be a really brilliant teacher.

0:32.9

So not only can you learn from regret so that you don't make those same mistakes that you're

1:36.5

1:43.0

learn from this. And you owe it to yourself and usually

1:46.6

to somebody else to learn from that. So it's a really good book called The Power of Regret. And

1:54.5

in that book, it's noted that some of the biggest regrets that people face or that people

1:59.8

note are cheating on a partner

2:01.9

or not reaching out to people. And both of these situations result in hurting someone else.
