Welcome to episode 362. Hi, Shauna. Hello. Let's get right to it. I'd love to hear what you were up to this week. Well, this week was Mother's Day, so I thought I'd chat about that. I'd love to, yes. I also experienced this thing called Mother's Day.

You're a mother, so that makes sense. Okay, that tracks. That tracks. As you know, in the past,

I have booked a hotel room during Mother's Day weekend, and I kind of go off on my own and

relax and sit by the pool and have a night alone to recharge. And I didn't do that this year

because I just wanted to like save money for a trip we're going to take this summer. And I didn't do that this year because I just wanted to like save

it's fine. I'll spend time with my loving family. And I did. And it was nice. The morning of Mother's

Day, Steve went and got Starbucks for all of us. And we sat out on our back patio and turned the fire on the fire table and the girls gave me the presents that they made at school, which are always so cute. I love these, right? It's like the teacher gives the kids a sheet of paper that's like, my mom's name is blank. She's blank years old. And, you know, they fill in their answers of what they think apply to me.

So cute. According to them this year, I learned that my favorite food is eggs. And yeah, my favorite

drink is Coca-Cola, which is not too far off. I do love Coke Zero, but I don't know if I'd call it my favorite. So it's just like it was very cute and charming and they were so happy to give me the presents. And we just had a really nice morning out on the patio. And then I transitioned straight into yard work because I do not know how to relax my mother-in-law texted. She's like, happy Mother's Day. I hope you're relaxing. I'm like, I'm doing yard work in the sun. But, you know, I like doing that kind of stuff. I was just pruning plants and making things look nice and stuff. And then we all went to Home Depot for a family trip to Home Depot. So this is like, you know, just your run-of-the-mill mother's day like any mom would do.

I mean, it is one of your hobbies.

You got to indulge your hobby of gardening.

I think that's fine.

Yeah, yes, yes, it was fine.

But then the creme de la cram of the day is the gift I received admission to a puppy yoga class.
