Hello, friend. Hello. Why don't you give us your check-in this week and tell us what's going on in your world?

So this week's check-in, I wanted to

focus on the fact that I had my follow-up breast ultrasound after my mammogram came back

inconclusive, considering the fact that my boobs were too dense. Oh, right. I forgot about that. Okay,

so is it different than the mammogram? What's it like?

Yes, it's quite different from the mammogram. The mammogram is more like an x-ray in a way. You go in, you get your boobs smushed by this device and they take like an arcing x-ray, right? Like they have some machine that kind of like,

weep, goes around it.

At least that's how mine was.

Is that how the ones you've had are? Yeah, now that you mention it. Mm-hmm. Yeah. And when I had that, what was that, a couple months ago, they were like, cool, we can't see anything in this. Like, we don't know if anything's happening because your boobs are too dense.

And that mammogram

resulted in something called a Byrads zero reading. Okay. I don't know what that means.

I didn't either. So ByRads apparently is the breast imaging, reporting, and data system,

which is some kind of standardized rating system to interpret mammograms or any

imaging of your breasts, I guess. And a zero basically means we don't have enough information
