0:58.4	keep us stuck. I wanted to address it again in a different way because sometimes we just need
1:05.8	to hear here again and sometimes people, it's probably one of the most prevalent questions I get.
1:12.8	So the question is, hey, Annie, I'm drinking again and I can't seem to stop. It was so easy the
1:21.2	first time and now I thought I could just have one or two and I'm back in the depths of it.
1:28.0	And so what can you tell me? How can you help? And I think the first thing to understand and to
1:37.0	realize is that we think this is linear. We think it's a straight line. We think that our journey
1:42.3	from being entrenched in alcohol to whatever that means for you to being in alcohol free is like
1:48.2	up into the right. You just start and you go and it's great and it's just up into the right.
1:53.1	And that's not true. It wasn't true for me. It was definitely like years of trying to drink
2:00.4	glass, trying to moderate my behavior, trying to change my behavior, trying to take breaks before
2:05.0	I really had a moment where I was like, you know what? I'm not going to do any of that anymore. I'm
2:08.6	just going to really ask myself a new question, which is why am I doing this to begin with.
2:12.2	And then I went on almost a year-long journey of finding those answers, which of course you can
