We're 30 something. We just keep going. Someone asked me the other day they're saying like aren't you

going to run out of topics I know we can go forever for yeah for a long long time we just scratch the surface of

recovery and oh man and it just keeps going so we're learning more and more

today's topic is really cool So we're learning more and more.

I want to introduce it by telling you guys about an article

that I read last night, actually.

It was about Iceland, and addiction in Iceland. So apparently back in

the 90s the youth in Iceland there was more addiction

among young people in Europe.

Is that general addiction?

Yeah, it was alcohol and opiates.

And they're saying you go down to the streets of the major cities and you just see drunk teenagers everywhere in Iceland.

And so they knew it was a kind of a public health crisis that something had to change and

what they did is they looked at some research of what actually works to

prevent addiction and they started to do education for parents and really teach them about how spending time and quality time with your kids

helps prevent addiction.
