One of my favorite books is The Four Agreements, and I think everybody needs to read it and the first agreement of the four agreements is to be impeccable with your word and so he goes into detail about what that means.

What... in a detail about what that means.

What I bring that up, being impeccable with your word,

being honest is much more than just saying yes or no

to things, right?

It has to do with your integrity,

has to do with having healthy boundaries,

not being in denial so honesty is much more complex than we may think that it is and

living authentically and living authentically is living an honest life, right?
