Hi, good morning. Thanks for having me back. Of course. So I know we've had you on before, but for those that haven't, you know, gone and no, because nobody, nobody looks at the back catalog, believe it or not, even though there's, you know, 300 plus of them to to review and watch so

tell us a little bit about yourself and how you got into I mean I'm gonna call you a

professional obstacle course racer because I mean like you've got

got buckets upon buckets of metals and you're out there podium on the

podium every single time so tell us a little about yourself.

Yeah, hi I'm, I'm born and raised in Atlanta,

still live in the area now.

I guess you could call me a professional obstacle course racer.

The problem with professional is I think there's this

connotation that you're doing it for our living and you know some sports have that

capacity some don't so I guess I'm as professional as they come you know I've

kind of been around made made the circuit, showing some consistency, I guess, across the years and in my finishes.

But yeah, for some people that really don't know what obstacle course racing is or they've maybe

seen pictures of it, you know, everybody knows someone that's done a Spartan race, right?

You know, it's actually a sport, a competitive sport,

based off of military off-scope course racing

is its kind of core.

If you think about what our soldiers are going through

when they're training.

It's like that in an event.
