Yeah, it's awesome. So let me tell you a little bit about our history that you don't yet know.

You are in my book, actually. You're in the acknowledgment.

So I only acknowledged a few people. Most of them are actually dead, but you were one of the live people.

And I said, Dan Harris, author of 10% Happier for bringing practicality and humor to the journey into the mind.

And it was so 10% Happier was such a big book for me because my dad, although I didn't know it at the time until you taught me, is a juboo, a Jewish Buddhist.

And he left. He grew up in the Bronx. He left New York City.

He moved to the back side of the mountain in Colorado with into a cabin with no running water, no electricity, nothing with the motor until I was born.

And he had a he had to buy a chainsaw to cut wood to keep the cabin more. And just completely sort of hermitted himself to meditate and to live on a mountain top.

And that's where he is now, almost 50 years later.

And when I was growing up, meditation was such a big thing in my house.

Like my parents literally meditated a lot. And my mom still sits for like an hour and a half a day.

And I remember thinking as most kids do, okay, well, I'm going to try to learn this too.
