109 and 110 of the Doctrine Convents. This is the dedication and the dedicatory prayer of the

Kirtland Temple and some of the visitations that occurred in the

Kirtland Temple, not all of them, many of them occurred that we do not have in the Doctrine

Covenants, but there's a lot of things historically that are happening.

This is a moment that has been thousands of years in the making, the restoring of keys,

the restoring of glories, the restoring of temples on earth.

This is a big deal.

To dedicate once again a temple on earth is a big deal.

And it will be celebrated in heaven and on earth, and there will be majestic visitors that come from heaven,

specifically three that we'll talk about in Section 110.

But clearly, heaven is celebrating just as much as we are on earth at the thought of

But before we jump into the actual prayer of dedication, let's get to some of the history
