of education credentials men were out earning women.

So we are going to dive into one of my least favorite topics today, the gender wage gap.

Yeah, yeah, yeah, we've made some progress, but women still earn an average of 83 cents

for every dollar a man makes, and that's the average woman.

The gap is even greater for women of color, and by some estimations, the pandemic set back

our progress towards closing the gap by two decades.

Look, women have been demanding equal pay for equal work for more than a century, yet there

are still debates on whether or not the gap even really exists.

Going to a poll by the Global Institute of Women's Leadership, one in five men.

Why is this not surprising?

One in five men think that reports about the gender pay gap are, quote unquote, fake news.
