And today we're going to be in sections 102 through 105. We're going to be talking about Zion's camp. That's 103 and 105. And 102 is about councils. And 104 is about the cessation of the United firm that lasted a

couple years.

And the Lord's going to hand out some stewardship.

And we'll get a glimpse as to what the future would look like as we transition into

the law of consecration and begin to receive our own stewardship.

This is the formation

of the first high council. Yes, this is kind of written as minutes of the meeting, but what

flows out of 102 are some tremendous principles for modern day councils. And all of us participate

in councils at some level, whether that's the family council or the

ward council or a youth council or a state council or all the way up to the council of the 12,

the council of the three, meaning the first presidency, the 70 council.

This church is run by councils, and the reason for that is in verse two,

for the purpose of settling important difficulties. That's why we operate in councils.
