| 0:16.0 | pain or rules, we explore the role of alcohol in our lives and culture. |
| 0:29.9 | Hey everybody, it's Scott Pinyard, head coach of this naked mind. And as you know, we've changed the |
| 0:35.8 | format for this coaching questions podcast, we're still going to answer awesome questions for you, |
| 0:41.0 | but I'm going to do it with a rotating co-host every week. This week I am very excited to have Wendy McCallum |
| 0:48.0 | with me. Wendy, how's it going? It's going great. I love the title of co-host. I'll take it. Yeah, I know. It's fun. |
| 0:55.1 | So Wendy is a certified this naked mind coach, but she also sort of specializes in burnout and |

| 2:02.7 | and this kind of what this led to. So eventually, I got out of law. And I moved back to I'm from |
| 2:11.2 | Canada. I moved back to the other side of the country where I'm from and spent a year recovering |
| 2:16.2 | from burnout effectively. So took a year. My kids were four at the time and they were home from |
| 2:22.0 | school still. They hadn't started primary yet. So I spent a year with them at home, which was |
