Today is a big day because we're going to give you the tools, the tools that we have been referring to in relation to the positive self series.

And so we can get to the root of why you have those problems, then you won't have to have them anymore at that level, right?

There's always going to be problems in life, but not at that level, not where it makes you feel as bad as you do. We can get control of our emotions by tapping into our thinking. And that is what
