Summary

Today, I welcome back one of my very memorable clients, Cynthia. She has been an avid listener of the podcast, long before she decided to take the coaching with Thinner Peace. Sweets and chocolate chip cookies have played a great role as her coping mechanisms. This made her feel like she had no control over her thoughts and decisions, thus losing her identity. With coaching, she learned to confront her emotions with mindful processing and managed to separate her emotions from food.
