Many of us try to "fix" our negative emotions with food, and my client, Renee used to be no different. Today, my beloved client is here to share her journey of shedding that emotional burden. When we began working together, she had trouble feeling joy about anything. It took a lot of emotional and mental work to manage her mind, but now the urge to always be looking for food is gone and it has made her life richer and happier.
