The feast represents the joy of being brought into God’s presence and anointed by Him.

| 0:31.0 | And today we are going to be in Section 58 and 59 of the Doctor in Covenants. |
| 0:36.1 | Section 58 is right after the dedication of the land. |
| 0:41.5 | The land of Missouri, specifically Jackson County, was designated as the center place. |
| 0:46.7 | And so the Lord's going to give further instruction concerning this land. |
| 0:47.8 | Look in verse one. |
| 0:56.5 | Harken, O ye elders of my church, and give ear to my word and learn of me what I will concerning you and also concerning this land unto which I have sent you. And then the Lord talks about tribulation in verse two and three. He even says, |
| 1:04.8 | you cannot behold with your natural eyes for the present time the design of your God concerning |
| 1:09.0 | those things which shall come hereafter, |
| 1:11.8 | and the glory which shall follow after much tribulation. |
| 1:15.7 | And historically, this is what happens, isn't it, Bryce? |
| 1:19.5 | Much tribulation does come, not only to their lives, but collectively to all of us since then, |
| 1:25.0 | because the Lord at the end of this story is going to say, my people aren't prepared to build Zion, and they won't be until they suffer and learn |
