| 1:19.0 | This is intended to compensate you for lost work days during the lockdowns of COVID. |
| 1:26.5 | Also compensate you for illness, any times that you're sick, |
| 1:30.8 | quarantines, school closures, days that you had to care for a loved one, like a kid or an older |
