Hey everyone, it's Tiffany and welcome back to raise your hand say yes.

I am doing something a little bit different this week.

This is not the episode that I had planned.

But I realized given the current state of affairs here in America and globally, that I needed to do a different kind of episode.

And this episode is going to be shorter than normal.

I'm going to have a ton of resources in the show notes and I don't even know

where to start y'all so this I live in Colorado, the United States of America and unless you've

been living under Iraq you know that the past week here in America has been dominated with protest and the murder of George Floyd, a black man in Minneapolis.

He was murdered by the police.

You know that there has been a lot of violence, a lot of anger, a lot of rage, a lot of standing up and shouting out. And my goal in this

episode is to address what I'm doing, to learn, to educate myself to be anti-racist in the way

that I walk through this world. And this is by no means me needing to get accolades or praise

or wanting to center myself in the conversation.

That's why this is a shorter episode than normal.

That is why in the show notes I'm going to be directing you to other resources.

This is, though, about me using the platform that I have, using this podcast to talk about what I'm doing to create an

example of what you can do if you're not sure what to do.
