Summary
When you're wanting to binge, or are feeling like to need to binge, what is it that you're REALLY wanting or needing? It's not really the food, it's what you think you're going to get from eating all that food. That's what you want, and knowing what you want from that food is going to be very important if you're going to stop binge eating.
