Finally, Las Vegas celebrity landscape artist, Justin Norris is here to break shit down.

How can you grow a garden?

You've got a black thumb.

Everything dies.

You want a sustainable existence.

You live in a college dorm. You live on a big, huge ranch. You live in a Las Vegas desert or a southeastern swamp. Whatever it is, Justin's going to teach us how we can make it live and eat it hopefully. How are you doing, Justin? Pretty good. I appreciate it. How are you doing, Mike? I'm good, man. Happy to be. Of course, Brandi Dolce. She's here. Hi, everyone. She's back. That black thumb you're talking about. That black thumb. That's me. We'll turn a green here before alone. All right. I'm holding you to do that. Nice. So, I know, Justin, we know each other for a while now. We have a new house here in Las Vegas, and we looked at the yard, and we wanted to make some changes.

I've talked about it before, the pomegranate tree, which was here before we got here, which is awesome, and it's beautiful. And so we had Justin come out in the fall. Oh, yeah. And, you know, the yard was a mess. There was a lot of potential, but it was a mess. I said, Justin, what can we do? And he just broke it down. He walked me around the yard.

He taught me, blew my mind.

I didn't even know half the stuff Justin was talking about it. And I think I know a little bit when it comes to gardening and just, you know, outside care, you know, I'm hot doors. Kind of getting rid of the Cacti situation, bring in some kind of tropical theme. Yep. I don't know, a little bit different plants, a little bit easier to maintain. Yep. Something a little bit easier. Because we want life. The thing is we want life. We want. And ease. And ease. Yeah, we want his maximum life with minimum effort.

So, you know, what can we do? And we don't want to be a black thumb family. Yeah. And that's Justin. He's stepped in and he's hooking up. He's taking care of it. Maybe bring in a raised garden situation. Yeah. Now, what is a raised garden? Because I'm in the Las Vegas desert here everybody so you know how can we have

life in this desert because this is this is Death Valley in essence oh yeah you know you take away

all the fake civilization that's here you know kind of pretend we got a high high alkalinity soil out here

so what we want to do is basically bring in some top soil we'll bring in some top soil fill and then

we'll bring in that good stuff the organic ocean forest material that you can get online at foxfarm.com.

They've got a whole bunch of different products or arrangements of soils and fertilizers, anything from your small time release fertilizers to your liquid fertilizers.
