And I know that it is easy for us to spend a lot of our time, energy, attention,

focus on those big raise your hands, say yes moments where we are called upon to step up

and we have no idea what we're doing and we pull our Hermione Granger,

raise our hands and say yes, I'll do it. And then we have this really big moment of like,

holy shit, what have I done? And then we get to like figure it out, right? And not only
