surprising you guys I did it with Aaron last time we chatted and I'm going to keep doing it with you just because it throws you guys off.

But basically because I didn't want to leave content out there since you're sitting here

chatting telling me about all the amazing ideas that you have to fix officers not

just fix officers but because we don't really need to fix officers what we're talking about

so well okay but for all my officer for its other got it we you. Trent doesn't but yeah. So what were you saying? You were

talking about how we can it's not officer a session's right? It's the way that people join the Air Force like okay you

you know like the old 18 x-ray program so like that was that was okay but like it's

it's not it's not the way that you know green braise

have always brought people into the fold right and like I don't know I look at things

and I'm just like the reason they the one of the reasons they do that is

they want people to get army experience before they come in right like

traditionally to be a greenberry you have to be an E-5 in the army before you can cross over and in

theory these people already know a bunch about the army you don't have to teach them about the army like you save a whole bunch of time and money blah blah.

And in today's environment and you know me I'm an efficiency guy and it doesn't mean it always work

but I look around and I see how much money the government is spending on like service academies, how much money we're spending on officer recruiting and all of these other things.

And I think that there's a solution where we could just make it simpler.

You know, I'm a simple person.

I think if we brought in everybody enlisted first and then kind of

through that vetting process and people actually learning how to do their jobs and

learning about the Air Force had opportunities to become warrant officers and

officers after that.
