0:56.2	you know like the old 18 x-ray program so like that was that was okay but like it's

1:04.4	have always brought people into the fold right and like I don't know I look at things
1:09.0	and I'm just like the reason they the one of the reasons they do that is
1:11.2	they want people to get army experience before they come in right like
1:13.6	traditionally to be a greenberry you have to be an E-5 in the army before you can cross over and in
1:20.1	theory these people already know a bunch about the army you don't have to teach them about the army like you save a whole bunch of time and money blah blah.
1:26.4	And in today's environment and you know me I'm an efficiency guy and it doesn't mean it always work
1:36.2	but I look around and I see how much money the government is spending on like service academies, how much money we're spending on officer recruiting and all of these other things.
1:45.4	And I think that there's a solution where we could just make it simpler.
1:49.4	You know, I'm a simple person.
1:51.2	I think if we brought in everybody enlisted first and then kind of
1:55.0	through that vetting process and people actually learning how to do their jobs and
1:58.4	learning about the Air Force had opportunities to become warrant officers and
2:01.2	officers after that.
