introduction I appreciate you being on the podcast how you don't do well you know

starting off you know my apologies for ducking you guys. I think now for the last three years, these guys have been asking me when you're coming on, when you're coming on.

Because there's a lot of good stuff that's been going on and I've finally come to terms with

you know talking about myself a little bit and sharing you know my experiences but now

thanks for having me on man. Yeah, of course.

Like you saw the potential or you saw what we were trying to do. So though it wasn't really great in the beginning always appreciate your support.
