Well, we, it's weird because we caught up last week, didn't we, with the run shape,

but we've not actually, it doesn't feel like we've caught up for

what feels like a year in my life just since we last spoke yeah so what we're going to do now

we're going to do a comparison of your jet setting uh presenting ways and then you're say so what did

you do jody and i'm like um yeah it's the end of half

term so I was just with the kids in the Isle of Wight um so yeah go on so that's that that is actually
