I'm quite tired today which I've noticed because I'm sitting down and normally I stand up to do everything.

comes up all the time that I've spoken about before but I just really really want to hammer home

is trying to get people out of this all or nothing mentality This is by far one of the most common problems people face when trying to lose weight.

This mentality has a hell of a lot to answer for.

It's why people over-restrict and then over-indulge.

It's why when you didn't get a workout in, you tell yourself,

oh, there's no point eating well today either. And guess what? It doesn't work. And it isn't working

for you. And so you need to work on changing this. And I think so many people are still stuck in this fixed mindset of

I have an all or nothing mentality, as in there's nothing I can do to change that. That's just who I am.

And that is absolute bullshit. People think that you can't change your personality or you can't

change your traits. you absolutely can.

You can change almost anything about yourself.

but it's hard and it takes conscious effort

and conscious work, and most people won't do that.
