number 300. It seems like, wow, that seems like a lot of episodes. And for me, I always made the commitment in the

beginning, my first one, was that I was going to commit to put out my philosophy every week,

no matter what. And I got to tell you, in the beginning, when I first started doing this,

And I really like to think about this since what my topic today is appreciating yourself and loving yourself wherever you are right now.

And what I'm discussing with you is how much I appreciate what I did for myself almost five years ago when I started this podcast.
