You may know that I host a show on True TV called Adam Ruins Everything where among other things I talk to some very interesting people.

Well on this podcast I talk to those very interesting people for longer.

Sometimes they're experts from the world of science or mathematics or even

outer space, but sometimes they're comedians, which is what they are today.

My guest today is Emily Axford. I am so excited for you to hear our conversation. She is one of my

best friends in comedy. She is also a very big part of the show. If you've seen the

show, you've seen her, you love her, you know she's incredible. She is one of the most talented people I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

In fact, we started together at College Humor when I started their way back in 2011.

And she is, like, first of all, in addition to being very funny very talented and just a Cracker Jack ukulele player. She's also one of the chillest people I've ever met. She is very difficult to ruffle. She has a very easy going

awesome way of looking at the world. I always love talking to her so she is

very fitting that she would be the first comedian guest on this show.

We talk about big things, we talk about small things, we start big, we get small, there are some

weird parts in there, but I know you'll enjoy them.

You feel good? I feel like a little frazzled like I said I feel scrambled I'm a

scrambled egg we were just on set for 12 hours we got up at 5.30 a.m.
