Well, hello, all my dear friends. How are you today? It really is a beautiful day in St. Louis,

December and 70 degrees. Guess what I'm going to be doing

today. But I want to talk to you today about the holiday challenge that I talked about last

week. And I have a special guest on today who is accepting my holiday challenge. She sent me a

letter, as I asked a lot of you to do.

Tell me what you're thinking. Ask me questions. Well, she did. And I thought her letter was so

interesting that I asked her if she would like to come on and talk about it. And guess what she said?

Yes. She's nervous, but she said yes. So this is what we're going to do today.

Just remember what my holiday challenge is, which is for the next four weeks, I want you to use

my food journals, I want you to write down the time that you ate, what you ate, what your

physical hunger scale was before and after, and to be able to use

compassion and curiosity as you do it, and nothing else. Now, I'm going to read you her letter
