Summary
Do you feel angry about all the years you've been binge eating and all the weight you've gained? For a long time, I did too. I just kept thinking about it, kept feeling angry, and would not let it go. But, holding on to the anger is most likely causing you to do even more bingeing. So it would be really helpful for you to let it go. In this episode, I'm going to help you do just that.

| 1:00.1 | binging. I remember when I had gained weight because of my binging and I was mad about the weight |
| 1:04.9 | gain, but I was even mad about what got me there. I was so fed up with the binging and so mad that I hadn't been able to |
| 1:12.8 | stop it. And to me, the weight game was not only a reflection of the excessive amounts of food |
| 1:18.7 | that I had eaten, but I also thought it was a reflection of how out of control I felt, |
| 1:25.1 | how undisciplined I felt, and a reflection of my gluttony. |
