It's a beautiful fall day here in the Midwest, and I hope you're enjoying

the same kind of weather. And today, I want to review with you a lot of the tools that I've used

over the last four months. I've had so many questions and letters from so many of you,

and I've talked to a lot of you too. So I think I also know

where you, where the problems are for you. So as I review, I'll also go over that. Today is all

want to go over with you, the two most important tools of everything that I've taught you are self-compassion and mindfulness.

And the author that I love to refer to, her name is Kristen Neff. And she wrote a book called

Self-compassion, The Power of Being Kind to Yourself. And she calls it the proven power of being kind to yourself. And she calls it the proven power of being kind to

yourself. Because I know most of you out there think the meaner you are, the more you get.
