bad. And really what I think it means, it's like you just keep on mistreating yourself. So when you go

off the rails, I call that mistreatment of yourself. Now, I know people who say they went off the rails don't call it this,

but this is what I tell them they're actually doing. So the two types of eating, I think,

that are what we call going off the rails is either if you're fog eating. And if you have my
