Summary
This week's episode of EMBody Radio hits near and dear to my heart. As someone who struggled with amenorrhea, was misdiagnosed with PCOS, and was tired of being dismissed by OBGYN after OBGYN because I was "lean and athletic, so not having a period is normal," period talk is SO important to me. As women, it's our job to be our own advocate and stick up for ourselves and our reproductive health.
Today I'm joined by author Nicola Rinaldi behind the book No Period, Now What?, a book that absolutely changed my life when it came to learning about my body, my periods, why they weren't happening, and why they matter so much. On today's episode, we talk about:
