0:44.0	It's a very fun awesome event that we have here in Dallas for everyone that is certified and
0:50.8	We have lots of amazing wonderful things planned for that event
0:55.4	And one of the things that we do is awards and we do awards for people who cross the hundred K mark
1:02.1	within a 12 month period we also do
1:06.0	Awards for people who are in our two comic club, which means they've made seven figures and then we have the
1:12.5	Highest earner award and we have other awards too. We have a content award
1:16.4	We have a selfless contributor award. We have the contractor of the year award
1:21.3	For people who work with us as contractors all of those things
1:24.3	But as I'm getting ready and preparing for this event

1:35.6	succeed and achieve their dreams and why do some people struggle and
