Summary
Do you ever feel an uncomfortable feeling and wonder, "why am I feeling this way?" Maybe your feelings are a mystery to you. But they don't have to be and when they're not, it's so much easier to change them.
In this episode, I'm going to help you understand not only why you feel emotions in general but also, why you feel the specific emotions you feel. This is going to be so important if you are someone who binges to try and change how you're feeling and feel better.
