I don't know. Erica's gonna. Yeah. I should have thought this through. I was like,

gather your inky lists, gather your hair products. Okay. Erica, we love you. Thank you for

putting up with us. Okay. Okay. So here's who we have. We have Erica Douglas, better known as

sister scientist. Okay. We followed her career for years. She's spoken as an independent expert

at some of the beauty events that Jess and I attend. And I've just always loved the way that she

breaks down science. It's very understandable. She doesn't hold back. She tells you what she really

thinks. And she has the chops to go with it. She has a BS in chemical engineering from Stanford,

NBD. Then she went on to Northwestern University where she conducted research in biochemistry and

molecular and cell biology. She serves as a director of research and development for the hair

company, ORS. When she worked there, I think it was called organic root stimulator. And she's been

working as a chemist and formulator for more than a decade. She'll tell us about what she's doing

now in her career. And then we'll talk about that. She focuses on, she does hair and skin care,

but we talk a lot about hair care in this. And she really breaks down. We didn't plan for this

to happen this way, but like some of the myths that surround hair care. She's like, okay,
